On the evening of August 7th, the Anusan building in Sanpakoi was filled with the rich atmosphere of Japanese culture at the “Next Stop: Fukuoka” event. Attendees were invited to explore Fukuoka—Japan’s hub of innovation and start-ups—through authentic cuisine, creative workshops, and memorable activities.
The event featured hands-on experiences like origami, furoshiki wrapping, and kendama, allowing everyone to connect deeply with Japanese traditions. One of the most heartwarming highlights was the performance by students from Nawaminthrachutit Payap School, who brought the spirit of Japan to life through energetic taiko drumming and expressive dance.
The evening concluded with a stunning display of simulated fireworks, leaving every guest with a beautiful and lasting memory.
From Fukuoka to Sanpakoi… the distance means little compared to the feeling.
